Women's empowerment is the process in which women expand and recreate what it is that they can be, do, and accomplish in a circumstance that they previously were denied.

ABOUT WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CELL

Women Empowerment Cell has been established to get environment to female students empower and safeguard the rights of female. faculty staff and students of College. The cell works to promote gender sensitivity in the college and organize various programs to sensitize both male and female members and produce harmonious atmosphere on the campus. It works for the welfare ofthestudents and rural area women. The motto of our cell is' Yes, we can change'

GOAL AND OBJECTIVE
Goal:-
  • To promote Gender Sensitization

  • To motivate and sensitize the youth to respect both.

  • To enhance the self-respect & self-confidence of girl students and women in rural area.

  • To develop thinking ability and decision making power.

Objectives:-
  • To inform about legal & constitutional rights.Awareness about female feticide.

  • To organize seminars, workshops relating to women empowerment. To encourage the girl students participate in various activities and competitions.

  • Awareness about female health, diet.

  • Awareness about superstition. Entrepreneurship Development

FACILITIES
  • Girls Common Room. Wending Machine.

  • Sexual Harassment Redrescell Committee. MOU with Kshitij Foundation. First Aid Box.Suggestion Box.

  • Complaint Box by Police Station Mangrulpir.

  • Primary Health Center immediate available. Meeting with female faculty.
