Introduction

On Thursday 7, October 2021 a one-day National Conference on Modern Political Concepts in India (Political Leadership, Reservation Communalism) was held through virtual technology system in association with Smt.Salunkabai Raut College of Arts and Commerce Wanoja District Washim and Shri Gadge Maharaj College Murtizapur District Akola.

Modern political concepts in India should be studied anew. The concepts of political leadership, reservation and communalism cover human life, but the invisible nature and consequences of this should be brought to the fore. A national conference was organised with various objectives and approaches to create its own Indian models. In the inaugural program of this national conference, the conference was inaugurated online by the Principal of Saraswati Arts College, Dr. Dnyaneshwar Yavale. While speaking on the occasion of his inauguration, he presented his thoughts on the subject of reservation and leadership and wished the success of the conference. Devendra Gawande Mrs. Salunkhabai Raut College Vanoja explained the purpose of the conference. Dr. Santoshrao Thakare chairman of the inaugural program, commented on the progress and leadership of democracy from monarchy. In the first session of this conference, poetess Bahinabai Chaudhari University, Jalgaon Principal Dr. Pramod Pawar, Dhanadai College, Amalner, presented his thoughts on the subject of Indian political leadership. In his lecture, he gave an in-depth review of how political leadership in India has progressed, leader, leadership, leadership style.

In the second session of the conference Dr. Lalji Pal, Banaras University Varanasi presented valuable thoughts on the subject of reservation and politics while presenting the background of reservation, he gave various references, he emphasised on OBC, Maratha reservation and the constitutional provisions of reservation and in the third session of the conference, Dr. Sandeep Tundurwar Sri Binzani Nagar Mahavidyalaya Nagpur gave a thorough guidance on the fact and meaning of communalism in India, how communalism has grown in India and how nationalism has grown in India in his speech for this one day national conference.

Hon. Mrs. Kamalabai Raut, President of Dnyan Ganga Shikshan Prasarak Mandal Wanoja ,Hon.Mrs. Sushilabai Raut,Secretary, and Hon., Dr. Devendra Gawande's ,Principal of the college gave valuable support &guidance.

Professors, students from various universities of Baroda, Kerala, Karnataka, North India, and Maharashtra totalA total of 234 participant from all over India and 12 participants from the smt. Salunkabai Raut College Wanoja participated in this virtual national conference from across India, through YouTube link, and hosted virtually on Google Meet link. Vinay Hatole and Gaurav Kumawat of Ajantha Prakashan Aurangabad took responsibility for the publication of the journal of this conference and brought quality to the work of the conference.“AJANTA” ISSN 2277-5730 Impact Factor 6.399* for this journal received a total of 42 research papers.

In this important task of organisation of this conference, Dr. Sachin Kadu anchoring the program Introductory speech was given by Dr.Manisha Yadav and vote of thanks speech delivered to host resources persons and all participants by Dr. Mamta Pathrikar All the faculty and non-teaching staff of the college got valuable support and cooperation for the successful organisation of this conference.
